RETURN POLICY

Register a return

Not completely satisfied with your order? No problem. You can register your order for return via the return form at the bottom of this page within 14 days of receipt . You do not need to provide a reason.

After registering your return, you have 14 days to return the product.

Return conditions

The product must not be unnecessarily used or damaged.
You may unpack and use the product to assess it.
Preferably return the product in its original packaging and with all included parts.
In the event of damage or depreciation due to use beyond what is necessary to assess the product, costs for the depreciation may be deducted.

Return costs

The return costs depend on the country where your order was delivered.

Netherlands: €5.95 return costs, including return processing.
Belgium: €5.95 return costs, including return processing.
Germany: €5.95 return costs, including return processing.
Other countries within Europe and the rest of the world: the return costs are at your own expense. You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.

In the event of a defective or incorrectly delivered product, we will cover the reasonable return costs. In that case, please contact us before returning the product.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the purchase price.

In the event of a full return, we will also refund the original standard shipping costs, if these were charged at the time of the order. Any shipping costs paid will not be refunded if they were free according to our shipping terms or if they relate to return costs.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to pay for the order. We may delay the refund until we have received the product or until you can prove that you have returned it.
